Currently, we do not ship our furniture.  We sell locally only.  If you are local and would like to see something of ours then please visit the Antique Depot or the Brocante Market.

There are NO refunds on custom orders.   All custom orders must be paid for at the time of the order via PAYPAL unless you are local then I accept cash.  Once you have emailed a sign request, we will work on a mock-up of your sign and send you a pdf email for you to approve.  After you approve your order then we will bill you via Paypal.  Once payment has been received work will begin. We ship on Friday's via USPS and FedEx depending on the size sign you have ordered.  All packages are insured and have delivery confirmation for your & our protection.  If you are in a rush for your order please let me know when you send your initial email with order information.

 We love what we do and work very hard to make sure you are completely happy with the finished product and would love to work with you. Please keep in mind that each sign that we create is unique, no two will be exactly the same.  All of our signs are distressed with dents, dings and scratches which we believe adds character. 

Furniture fine print.  Please read.
On our furniture, we do our best to make sure that it has been repaired to the best of our ability and is in good working condition {unless specified}.  With all of that being said, it is understood by all parties that the furniture is 2nd hand and in most cases not in perfect condition.  Each piece has its own unique flaws, we like to call that charm!

We have a No Return Policy.  Make sure you love it before you buy it.

If we have refinished a piece for you and have followed all of your instructions as far as color & distressing plus typography {if included}and you are not satisfied, we will re-paint it for you, but at an additional charge.   

When we refinish a piece we normally preview it to the public via our site for 2 weeks at a reduced rate since we are not paying a commission fee.  Want us to "hold" a piece for you?  You may put cash down to hold an item.  15% will hold the item for 30 days.  After the 30 days the item will need to be paid for in full and picked up.  If you choose within that 30 days not to purchase the item you have on hold, you will forfeit your 15%.  If no contact is made within the 30 days and you cannot be reached, you will forfeit your 15% and the piece will be put back up for sale.
